Pam Toll was found not guilty and the case was closed. The Park Forest police Chief who abused Ms. Toll and called her crazy, while denying her police service was on a long term administrative leave, and was asked by the board to resign. He Is no longer on the PF Police dept and unfortunately can collect his retirement pension. Ms. Toll strives to restore her life after a henious experience by which she was victimized.

The judge gave me a RESTRAINING ORDER SO I CANNOT SPEAK TO THE ELECTED OFFICAL WHO OVERSEES THE COOK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT PERTAINING TO THE COMPLAINT I MADE IN WRITING COMPLAINING OF CORRUPTION AND ABUSE IN THE SYSTEM. Pam Toll PARK FOREST IL USA 12-15-09

Illinois is a state that still treats mental patients like objects and imprison you rather than TREAT YOUR ILLNESS> I Am told its one of ony 12 states in the USA that still “LOCK UP” theyre mentally ill patients. I attribute this to rackateering and corruption as the forefront of organized crime family members working in State OF IL And County positions around Chicago. They have a huge vested interest in the pharmecuetical companies, and prison contract work and more. Its profitable and beneficial for the state to treat the mentally ill like prisoners. They receive more benefits from it. The Dept of human services denies MEDICAID TREATMENT To indigent persons and housing to make them live on the street so forginers in a underground can utilize state services illegally. the problem is worse and when you come forward as a whistle blower you are labled crazy and become a vicitm in the system yourself. I have a current case in cook county circuit court. where I was a CRIME VICTIM.. called the cops. they did not respond.. they arrested me at home TWO MONTHS LATER AND ARe forcing me thru mental health court. I made a complaint to the IL States Attorney Anita Alvarezs office about the circus i am a party too and the judge gave me a RESTRAINING ORDER THAT I CANNOT TALK TO THE STATES ATTORNEYS OFFICE ABOUT ANYTHING… Im told the complaintant DROPPED The case at the second hearing. I am being dragged thru my 11th visit to COOK COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH COURT, although the case didnt meet mental health court criteria.. I AM A WITNESS .. and this is what they do to the public who identifies corrupt Court and County and State or Federal personnel.. THIS IS WHAT THEY DO TO YOU..

Very interesting and very true. I have problem pending. I was forced to take a plea bargin under the condition that I must recieve a mental evaluation. So, I was just told by my probation officer that I have to go and have a psychiatric evaluation to see if I need to be placed on medications. But now that I am conscious of the hipocrisy by the means which psychiatric field diagnosis clients, I am very concerned about a failure to meet a court order. If I am diagnosed with a mental illness and prescibed an antisychotic medication which I am going to refuse to ingest; I may be detained and possibly sent to prison. I don’t have money to fight this legally but if anyone has any suggestion you are welcomed to email me ASAP.
