Federal Health Bill Calls For Billions in Orwellian Psych Programs and Treatments
UPDATE: New Health Care Bill Drafted by House of Representatives Filled with Psycho/Pharma Agenda
Information: As the entire country is aware, there is currently an effort in Congress to pass a massive “Health Care Reform” bill. In fact, Congressional leadership is doing everything in its power to pass this $1 trillion plus bill.
There are two versions of the bill — one in the House (H.R. 3200) and one in the Senate (there is no number for the Senate bill at this point, but it is titled the Affordable Health Choices Act).
Both bills forward massive increases in government funding of mental health programs that turn America into a full blown therapeutic state.
The Senate bill (the Affordable Health Choices Act) includes:

Funding for community based “Health Teams,” which will establish a system of early identification and referral for children at risk for developmental or behavioral problems. (Section 212)

Allocation of up to $5 billion every year for School Based Health Clinics to provide such services as: mental health assessments (screening), crisis intervention, treatment, counseling and referral to emergency psychiatric care. (Section 312)

A five-year program for the Center for Disease Control to provide public health “interventions,” screenings and clinical referrals for individuals between 55 and 64 years of age. (Section 322)

The creation of a new “paraprofessional child and adolescent mental health worker.” The legislation states that this is “…an individual who is not a mental or behavioral health service professional, but who works at the first stage of contact with children and families who are seeking mental or behavioral health services.” (Section 402)
The House bill (H.R. 3200) includes:

This bill also calls for the establishment of School Based Health Clinics that will provide mental health assessments (screening), crisis intervention, treatment, counseling and referral to emergency psychiatric care. (Section 2511)

Specific funding for mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists. (Section 1308)

The bill creates a home visitation program for families with young children or which are expecting children or who have certain “risk factors.” The program, which is stated as voluntary, provides assessments regarding matters of “age appropriate behaviors,” for children, prevention of family violence and referral to outside services. (Section 1713)

The bill mandates a sweeping mental health parity, which could well encompass all 374 diagnoses in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) and opens the door to coverage for everything from phase of life problem to sibling rivalry disorder. The costs would be horrendous. (Section 114)
The bill provides for unlimited mental health benefits. As there is no objective or medical test for psychiatric disorders, this is a virtual blank check to the mental health industry.
Psychiatric patients are traditionally “cured” when their insurance benefits run out. In this bill, those benefits never run out. And without anything other than a psychiatrist’s opinion about whether or not the person’s “illness” is “cured,” this legislation becomes nothing more than taxpayer funded billions to psychiatrists, who will continue their jihad of mass drugging of Americans.
Your voice needs to be heard in Washington on these outrageous bills. This is an atrocity. It is the Holcaust all over again. Yes it is FRAUD of the worst kind. If you know someone who has been victimized by “those people” you need to share your experiences. Personally, I thought someone wrote a book to tell husbands and wives how to do it to each other all because of money. I had two brothers who died at the hands of Psychs and my own common law husband manipulated the small town of Corsicana Texas, attorneys, Judges, and common people that nothing else could explain except “ABSURDITY” Oh yes, I had death threats and more just because I wanted to study religion even further. I have been a student of religion all my life and had never had any problems. The more I found out the worse it got. I got thru it, thank GOD! as there was nothing else but my beliefs that could have spared my life to get thru the mess! Those people are powerful and will do anything for the BUCK! There is no other explanation why someone would want to cause so much damage to a spiritual being. Since I do not do drugs and study theology I can only suspect that I was a major threat to their DSM. When you back, not too many years ago, people were not on RX drugs and the street stuff, they made their own choice. It was not forced on them thru the help of the “Government” and the media. My common law husband was on various drugs prior to our being together and during and he had indicated so many negative symptoms, which I tried to get him to see what that stuff was doing to him. He turned into a raving lunitic and tried to strangle me and various threats and lies to defame me and I did not even take drugs. The only thing I could come up with as an end result to the mass amount of drugs these people are prescribing is OPIUM to the MASSES. It is Obstepacion, Putrefaction, Internuclear, Usterical, Mycrogyria. (spelling may be off) They change the labels of the same drug so often and depending on where it comes from, Mexico or Canada or the United States, you never know what they are prescribing or who is taking what. When you put all those drugs together it means that they are so full of them they cannot take a DUMP! Then they die. Take a look at Citizens Commission for Human Rights website, in particular Psychiatry and Industry of Death. It will open your eyes to the magnitude of the problem and who is behind it all.
These health bills are simply a nightmare. This country is being taken over by the suppressive world of psychiatry and drugs. Please urge all your friends and family to protest this nightmare. There will be nothing by destruction,chaos, misery, death (actually murder)and disaster if these bills are passed.
It is completely and utterly unacceptable to have a complex, suppressive , intrusive bill being submitted as a “solution” when it will cause numerous problems for ourselves and our children. Let’s keep it simple! Do not let this bill be passed into law. Speak out. Demand action that is sane and laws that are sensible.
This is illegal. The constitution does not authorize government to mandate you to buy insurance or forcibly buy any product such as “healthcare”. It is simply illegal. It must be made clear that congress does NOT possess the authority to this. Period. End of story. It must be attacked from this angle. Congress cannot legislate into areas it has no authority to do so. The Constitution LIMITS what the government can do. If it is not specifically enumerated, that power resides with the people, NOT with government.
I believe that it is against constitution that the government should not get involved in any mental health programs allocating money and Tax dollars to Psychiatry and psycholosists. If anyone is interested, he ca certaily do so by his own self determinism
The Mental health Clinics within schools and manipuation of young children is outrageous. A lot of childrens problems are lack of parents controlling their childrens behavior. It’s too easy to say they need Meds to behave.
WE need to stop this health reform at all costs.
